Aastra Users Group Membership Application 

Purpose of the Aastra Users Group

To promote the exchange of information and experience relative to products manufactured by Aastra USA Incorporated. Enhance greater understanding and knowledge of product technologies and operations by providing opportunities for collaboration among AUG members, Aastra, and business partners.

Membership – Who can join?

Corporations or organizations who have completed installation or who have contractually committed to install Aastra Intecom, Aastra MX-ONE products, systems or services are eligible for membership.  Member organizations are encouraged to designate employees responsible for and/or involved with the operations of the Aastra USA, Inc. equipment as primary and alternate representatives to the User Group.

Member Benefits

Membership allows organizations to attend the annual Users Group conference.

Membership provides organizations with the tools such as the AUG Web, Forum and Listserve to build business relationships with the Aastra management and other Aastra Users Group members. Your companies membership allows any employee within your company to subscribe to these services. Your company will also have access to product development, product notes and other announcements.

What is the cost of membership?

Dues are $250 per Member Corporation or Organization.

All dues must be paid in full at the time application for membership is made.   Payment of new membership dues allows membership participation through December of that calendar year.   Thereafter, dues will be invoiced annually.

Eligibility for membership

1. Membership shall consist of corporations or organizations who have completed installation or who have contractually committed to install one or more Aastra Intecom, Aastra E-PBX products, systems or services to be used for that company’s own telecommunications service.  An individual corporation or organization for purposes of membership shall be a business entity or an organization division thereof that is operated as such by reason of managerial structure or geographical location.
2. Individuals, corporations or organizations shall designate two employees as primary and alternate representatives.  These individuals should be responsible for and/or involved in the operations of the Aastra USA, Inc. equipment installed at their company or organization.
3. Aastra USA, Inc., its employees, its parent company, its subsidiary companies and their employees or certified technology partners and their employees are not eligible for membership. 
4. Any corporation or organization that competes with Aastra USA, Inc. on the sale of Aastra USA, Inc. or other PBX equipment and/or services or that could otherwise gain unfair competitive advantage by virtue of access to proprietary information supplied to AastraUG members is not eligible for membership.
5. Aastra USA, Inc. certified sales partners are eligible for membership as non-voting members.
